Cotton Seed Linen is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Custom or embroidered products are non-refundable unless faulty
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
